Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Photocards

1. On-hand and Ready to Ship: All photocards are onhand and ready for immediate shipping. Each item is in mint condition unless otherwise specified.

2. Payments: Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule. A late payment fee of 20 pesos per day will be charged for overdue payments.

3. No Cancellations: Once your order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Please make sure you're certain before placing an order.

4. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock or unavailable due to supplier issues. No refunds will be provided for any other reason.

5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be covered by the buyer. Combined shipping is available for multiple orders placed at the same time to help reduce costs.

6. Shipping and Liability: We carefully pack all items to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for damage or loss during shipping. If you would like insurance or special packaging, it can be requested at an additional cost.

7. Order Confirmation and Updates: Order confirmations and updates regarding your purchase will be provided via email. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address to receive all communications.
